All of our products are hand filleted and hand packed in oregon, and all of our albacore is sustainabily caught in the north pacific. Our products are hand filleted, hand packed sashimi grade albacore loins. Packed in the can by hand raw, sealed, and steam cooked packing itself in fish oil. The only ingredients in this can are albacore and sea salt. The packing method gives the customer 8 - 10,000mg's of omega 3 per 6oz serving naturally, by not baking the product prior to canning the omega 3 retention is 100%.
